The Push Off
Please remember to complete the Initial Module first before attempting this one. An audio/video meditation style version is shown below after the written steps.
This module helps you to rid yourself of any accumulated energies from your own higher level energy clearing or from being stuck in other people’s energies, whether it be family, coworkers, etc. this helps to push off any effects their energy might have had on you and any residual effects from any energy work you’ve had done on yourself
- Sit comfortably, legs crossed in pretzel style or criss-cross applesauce, also known as Sukhasana (Easy Pose) in Yoga or meditation.
- Close your eyes and visualize white light coming in through the top of your head and into your heart allowing it to pool there. Keep visualizing until it looks or feels full
- Breathe in through your mouth and visualize the breath moving from your mouth and into this pool of white light energy in your heart scooping it up and forming a figure 8. Keep breathing this way until the energy feels formed into a figure 8 knot
- Breathe in again through your mouth and visualize the breath moving from your mouth down into your heart space scooping up the figure 8 knot and pushing it out of the front of your chest. Keep breathing this way until the knot is so far in front of you that you can no longer sense or see it in the visualization
- Move your fingers or your hand to bring awareness back to your physical body and slowly open your eyes
