Bringing in Your Energy
Please remember to complete the Initial Module first before attempting this one. An audio/video meditation style version is shown below after the written steps.
This module helps to seal in your energy and in doing so pushes out any other unwanted energies in its wake. This is good to use for when you want to specifically tune in to personal guidance for yourself or general guidance that doesn’t involve you being around others energies
- Sit comfortably, legs crossed in pretzel style or criss-cross applesauce, also known as Sukhasana (Easy Pose) in Yoga or meditation.
- Close your eyes and visualize white light coming from somewhere in front of you and into your body through your private parts and all the way up to your heart and allow it to pool there. Keep visualizing until the heart area is full
- Breathe in through your mouth and visualize the breath moving down from your mouth into the pool of white light in your heart scooping it and forming a sideways figure 8
- Keep breathing and visualizing the figure 8 with each time continuing to scoop the energy and form it into the figure 8 almost tying it in like a knot
- Once you feel or see through the visualization that the knot is tied breathe in again and visualize bringing the breath to this knot, scooping it up and carrying it out the back of your heart and then elevating it way up above your head behind you
- Keep breathing and visualizing this until you can no longer see the knot or sense it in the visualization, like it is now up and out of your environment
- Move your finger or hand to bring awareness back to your physical body and slowly open your eyes
